今回のメキシコ旅は、移動手段はUber活用しまくりでした。Uberを使うには、まず、SIMフリー携帯を用意。私の場合は、iphone SEなので、auのMy auでネット上で、SIMロック解除しました。auショップでやると3000円かかるらしいですが、自分でやればタダです♫😊

日本でやっておいたほうが安心ですね。カード情報など、入れます。名前をローマ字に変更しておきましょう。顔写真も入れましょう。運転手さんが確認するためです。

Google MapsでUberを登録　Register Uber with Google Maps App

私達は、Google MapsとUberを連動できなかったのですが、日本でGoogle Maps上で、仮にUberに乗った場合を表示させて、予約する一歩手前までやっておけば、メキシコでもGoogle MapsからUberが使えて便利だっただろうなぁ〜。メキシコでやろうとすると、自分宛てにSMSを送る画面になって、パスワードを入れないと先に進めないのですが、それがどうしてもできなかった。。日本ですべしっ。

飛行機の到着はメキシコ国際空港のターミナル2でした。出口を出て右に行くと、telcelのお店を発見。壁のポスターを見ながら、プリペイドSIM、amigo chipを頼む。MX$200、1000MBのもの。お店の人が、チップを入れ替えて、いろいろ設定してくれます。諸々含め、合計MX$290 (1740円)でした。
The arrival of the plane was Terminal 2 of Mexico International Airport. When we left the exit and went to the right, I found a telcel shop. We looked at the wall poster and asked prepaid SIM, amigo chip. MX$200 for1000 MB. People in the shop replaced the SIM card and set them. It totaled MX$ 290 including fees.

5日間の滞在でギリギリ足りました。使いながら、設定→モバイルデータ通信の 使用状況をチェック。最終的には、978MBほど使いました。 
The capacity was just barely enough for a 5 day stay. While using, check the setting → Mobile data communication usage. Ultimately, I used about 978 MB.

これで、めでたくメキシコで携帯が使えるようになりました❗️携帯で電話はかけませんでした。もっぱらLineとネット検索とUberに使ってました。

Then we are happy to be able to use mobile in Mexico❗️ We did not make phone calls. I used it exclusively for Line and internet search and Uber.
