清水寺 KIYOMIZU TEMPLE

お昼を食べてから、御墓参りをして、それから清水寺へ。

After lunch, we visited a grave and then to Kiyomizu-temple.

残念ながら工事中でした。。 Unfortunately it was under construction

よく見てみると本堂に『文化財建造物修理現場公開』と書いてありました

When I looked closely, it was written in the main hall

 "Cultural property building repair site release"

調べてみたところ、やはり修理現場を公開しているようです。また、入口に戻りました。

After examining it, it seems that the repair site is open to the public. We returned to the entrance again.

本堂に戻って、修理現場見学へ　Return to the main hall and visit the repair site

屋根が間近で見れました　The roof was seen nearby

檜皮（ひわだ）、木の皮が重ねてあります　Hinoki, tree skins are piled up

ヘルメットを被って見学　People wear helmets and watch it.

すごい迫力です！　It is impressive!

青銅色が綺麗です　Bronze color is beautiful

大きな本物の鬼瓦です　

It is a big real Oni-gawara(demon tile)

ここに鬼瓦が戻されるそうです　It is said that the Oni-gawara is returned here

本堂が囲われてしまって残念でしたが、屋根の修復現場を見学できてラッキーでした。
I regret to say that the main hall was surrounded, but I was lucky to see the restoration site of the roof.
